Ekta Chaudhary
Ekta Chaudhary, the beautiful 22 year old girl from Delhi was crowned Miss India- Universe 2009 .The glittering ceremony was held in Mumbai(India).
Miss India Universe (2008) Simran Kaur Mundi made an appearance on the ramp to bestow the crowns to Ekta Chaudhary.

Ekta Chaudhary will represent her country in the 58th Miss Universe 2009 in the Bahamas. The global beauty pageant will be held at the Atlantis Paradise Island, in Nassau, Bahamas on August 30, 2009.
Miss Universe 2008, Dayana Mendoza of Venezuela, will crown her successor. About 80 countries and territories are expected to compete. The pageant will broadcast live on NBC and Telemundo.
